Katarina Blake, MHC-LP, MA

Welcome! I’m glad your journey has brought you here today.

I work with women who live deeply in their inner world: thinkers, feelers, and those who care profoundly but often carry anxiety, perfectionism, and the weight of others' needs. If you're navigating people-pleasing patterns, complex relationships, or family dynamics while seeking more authentic connection with yourself, we can work together.

My approach goes beyond surface-level coping to explore the roots of what keeps you stuck. Together, we uncover old patterns, emotional wounds, and relational dynamics so lasting change and self-understanding can take hold. As a relational, emotion-focused therapist, I create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what holds you back and move toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and self-trust.

While grounded in talk therapy, my integrative approach draws on emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and acceptance-based principles, with grounding and regulation skills woven throughout—all through a trauma-informed lens. I'm especially passionate about working with eldest daughters and sensitive souls learning to extend themselves the same compassion they readily give others.

I'm wholeheartedly invested in creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to access what's been held inside. Together, we explore not only what hurts but what heals, uncovering the vitality and courage that have always been within you. Whether this is your first step into therapy or a return to yourself, I'll walk right there with you as you rediscover your way home.

Personal:
My professional and personal experiences are intertwined, shaping the way I show up in the therapy room. Like many in their 20s and 30s, I spent a significant part of my own journey exploring holistic healing practices to find a deeper sense of alignment and connection with myself. I believe in the importance of investing in my own healing, which not only enriches my life but also informs the way I support my clients.
